Millennium Rehabilitation staffs highly trained physical therapists and athletic trainers to provide expert care.

Dr. Trish Strazar

PT, DPT, MS, SCS, ATC
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Certified Athletic Trainer

One of only a few Board-Certified Sports Physical Therapy Specialists in the area, Dr. Trish Strazar earned her Bachelors degree in Athletic Training in 1984 from Wilmington College, her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1986, and her Doctorate in 2010 from Chatham University in Pittsburgh. She founded Millennium Rehabilitation in 2002.

Dr. Strazar is a former college track athlete and currently enjoys soccer, skiing, golf and tennis.

Her energetic personality helps motivate her patients’ rehabilitation and recovery. Dr. Strazar and her husband, Joe, live in Hinckley have six daughters.

Dr. Vicky Chmura

PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Vicky Chmura is a Physical Therapist who received her Doctorate from Cleveland State University in 2011, and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Psychology from Cleveland State University. Dr. Chmura is certified in Dry Needling and is a Certified Clinical Instructor.

A competitive gymnast throughout high school, Dr. Vicky has coached gymnastics for over a decade. Currently, she coaches at CrossFit Spirit in Hinckley, OH and is a level 1 CrossFit Trainer (CF-L1) with specializations in Oympic Weightlifting and gymnastics.

Dr. Vicky enjoys CrossFit, weightlifting and running. She is a USA Weightlifting competitor and participates in many local CrossFit competitions. Her calm and pleasant personality makes therapy a positive experience for her patients.

Dr. Andrew Baker

PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Andrew Baker is a Physical Therapist who received his doctorate from The University of Findlay in 2017, and his Bachelors in Health Science with Pre-Physical Therapy Emphasis from The University of Findlay in 2015. Andrew is CPR certified and helped conduct research on exercise in Parkinson’s Disease which he presented at the APTA NEXT Conference in 2017.

Andrew is an avid tennis player, having played since the age of nine and continued to play through varsity at Medina High School and at The University of Findlay. Andrew also enjoys yoga and has had a consistent practice for the past 10 years.

Dr. Alexa Bachmann

PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Bachmann joined the Millennium team in August 2017. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Walsh University in North Canton in April of 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Walsh University in April 2015. Dr. Bachmann participated in Walsh’s Accelerated DPT program and received her doctorate in 6 years.

In her free time, Dr. Alexa enjoys reading, cheering on Cleveland sports teams, playing recreational volleyball and basketball and spending time with her family and friends. She is the oldest of four girls and has two Labrador Retrievers. She currently resides in Akron.

Tim Hoynes

PTA, ATC
Physical Therapy Assistant, Certified Athletic Trainer

A Certified Athletic Trainer, Tim received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Mount Union in 2002. The Head Athletic Trainer for the Highland Local School District from 2004-2016, Tim is a credentialed provider through the Bureau of Worker’s Compensation.

His interests are sports medicine, weight training and fitness.

Tim’s creative, fun-loving personality provides excitement and motivation for ahtletes while he helps them return to the top of their game. Tim resides in Wadsworth with his wife, Sarah, son and daughter.

Danielle Fligiel

PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant

Danielle joined the Millennium Rehabilitation team in May of 2017. While attending Cuyahoga Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant program, Danielle graduated Magna Cum Laude. As a former Jazzercize, Body Sculpting, and Barre instructor, her love of physical fitness and her love of meeting and interacting with people led her to a profession in physical therapy.

Her pleasant demeanor and bright smile have been a welcome addition to the Millennium family. Danielle has three daughters and resides in Granger Township with her husband Matt.

Marlene Schultz

Front Desk Receptionist

Marlene has been keeping Millennium Rehabilitation’s front desk running smoothly, at the same time providing personalized, quality customer care since 2007.

She resides in Brunswick with her husband, George, and dog, Chloe. Her son, Dan, is a Certified Athletic Trainer in Norwalk, Ohio, and she is the proud grandmother of a boy and twins, one boy, one girl.

Kim Ely

Front Desk Receptionist

Kim joined the Millennium Rehabilitation team in 2014. Her organization and dedication keep the Millennium Rehabilitation Parma office running smoothly and efficiently. Kim also helps out at the Hinckley location.

Kim’s warm and friendly smile is the start of our patient’s experience at both our locations. She lives in Brunswick with her husband, David, and has two sons, Matthew, with whom she enjoys working at Millennium Rehabilitation, and Stephen, also a physical therapist. In her spare time, Kim enjoys being with family and friends.

Heather Stupecki

Administrator/Receptionist

In August 2015, Heather joined the Hinckley office, where she greets patients and performs administrative office duties. Working at a facility that helps people improve how they feel and function, and a staff who truly cares about their patients, is deeply rewarding for her.

Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at the local schools, as a Girl Scout leader, and with the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and other local community/charitable organizations. Heather and her husband Joe have six children and live in Hinckley.
